Online ESL Teachers at The Inspire Academy enjoy a set teaching schedule, which significantly improves work-life balance. You can choose between a Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday rotation. During the weekdays, working hours are from 11 AM to 4 PM SAST, and weekend shifts run from 2 AM to 10 AM SAST, allowing for predictable planning of both teaching and personal time.
