Part-Time Early Childhood Autism Behavior Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician RBT

Finni Health is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. If you're looking for a rewarding part-time role with paid training and career growth opportunities, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a child’s home and community settings

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision

  • Collect and record therapy data to track progress

  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as scheduled


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (ideal for those pursuing psychology, education, or ABA careers)

  • Experience working with children (preferred)

  • Active RBT certification (preferred, but training is provided)

  • CPR certification (required, but training is available)

  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • ABA: 1 year (Required)


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to maintain active postures (kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting) for extended periods

Location: Kirkland, Redmond, and Sammamish, WA

Schedule:

  • Monday: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday – Thursday: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM

  • Friday: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Sunday: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
