Part-Time Early Childhood Autism Behavior Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician RBT

As a Part-Time Early Childhood Autism Behavior Therapist at Finni Health, you'll be responsible for providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings. This involves implementing behavior intervention plans developed under BCBA supervision, collecting and recording therapy data to track the child’s progress, and actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.

To qualify for the Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Finni Health, you should ideally have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children is preferred but not mandatory. While an active RBT certification is preferred, training opportunities are provided. Additionally, CPR certification and reliable transportation for in-home visits are required.
