Role Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing reporting processes, and ensuring that our executive teams remain aligned with key priorities. Your contributions will be pivotal in optimizing our operations and supporting our mission to drive new business and accelerate growth. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges as the business grows.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Create and implement SOPs to streamline company operations, and maintain an accessible SOP repository for training and onboarding purposes.​
  • Reporting: Develop and manage weekly and monthly reporting across Account Management, Account Executives, Administration, and Executive tasks to ensure data-driven decision-making.​
  • Executive Coordination: Follow up with executives to ensure adherence to tasks and deadlines, facilitating effective communication and accountability.​
  • Executive & Team Accountability: Follow up with executives and key team members to ensure they adhere to tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables. Implement tracking mechanisms to ensure accountability and successful project execution.
  • Project Management: Develop Trello boards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and due dates across all departments, providing weekly summaries to the CEO.​
  • Administrative Support: Perform executive assistant tasks as needed to support the leadership team.​


Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in a fast-paced organization, with at least 2 years supporting executive teams in task management. Experience in a startup environment is essential.​
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Trello, HubSpot, Google Drive, and Excel.​
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.​
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.​
  • Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive processes to completion.​
