We help businesses drive sustainable growth by embedding a product mindset at the heart of their operations. With a team of 250 specialists, we support top companies and scale-ups in transforming their organizations, upskilling teams, and shaping strategies that turn technology into a true engine for value and innovation.

Your Role as a Product Manager Consultant:

As a Product Manager Consultant at Thiga, you play a key role in supporting our clients with both strategic and operational Product Management challenges. Your mission goes beyond managing a product: you bring expertise and vision to help our clients evolve in their product maturity.

Your Missions:
  • Advise and support companies in structuring and transforming their product organizations (audits, roadmap definition, team coaching).
  • Promote product culture by leading workshops, training teams, and sharing best practices.
  • Define impactful product strategies by helping clients prioritize investments and maximize value creation.
  • Work on diverse missions, from coaching product teams to implementing discovery and delivery frameworks tailored to the client's organization.
  • Contribute to Thiga’s visibility through publications, speaking engagements, and involvement in the product community.

Your Impact:
  • You help companies raise their product maturity level with proven, context-adapted methodologies.
  • You’re a transformation accelerator, guiding teams toward greater autonomy and user-centric practices.

Your Profile:
  • You have at least 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a varied background (startups, scale-ups, large corporations, consulting). You’re comfortable with both delivery and discovery.
  • You’ve already helped product teams grow in their skills and know how to simplify complex concepts.
  • You love teaching and advising: delivering training, sharing frameworks, and challenging product organizations motivates you.
  • You have an analytical and strategic mindset, enabling you to structure and transform product organizations. You’re curious and keep up with the latest in Product Management and market best practices.
  • Tools like Claude, Replit, Cursor, and Lovable aren’t indie movie titles to you: they’re tabs you've actually opened at least once, probably alongside Figma, Jira, or a Notion doc filled with discovery notes.
  • You are fluent in both English and German, and can work comfortably in multilingual, international environments.

Why Join Us?
  • Be at the forefront of transforming companies: You’ll be on the front lines helping businesses improve their product approach.
