Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales manager to lead our growing account management team and drive revenue growth calling on our SMB corporate accounts in the East. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of successfully Leading a team and growing a portfolio of accounts, exceeding sales targets, and cultivating strong customer relationships. You are a customer-centric leader with exceptional communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Leadership and Strategy: • Lead a team of account managers focused on growing and increasing client retention across the SMB Commercial products.• Develop and implement a comprehensive account management strategy aligned with the Corporates segment's strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $215,600 - $400,400. Eagan, MN; Ann Arbor, MI; Richmond, VA; Rochester, NY. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $196,000 - $364,000. Chicago, IL; Frisco, TX; Houston, TX; fully remote location. For these locations and any eligible US locations not otherwise noted, including for fully remote location if applicable, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $196,000 - $364,000. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
