We are seeking a Testing & Optimization Specialist to join our team and contribute to our efforts in accelerating digital transactions through strategic experimentation and optimization. This role will focus on providing insights into optimization to drive increased conversion rates, building & reporting on A/B tests utilizing Adobe Target & Adobe Analytics across our digital sites, and working collaboratively with various teams across Marketing, Digital, and Data & Analytics to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Testing & Optimization Specialist, you will:
Utilize data to provide meaningful optimization recommendations to drive conversion rates across digital acquisition & retention in US Legal and Print eStores.
Deploy A/B tests, experiments, and optimizations utilizing Adobe Target to improve digital transactions.
Create reporting on the digital growth tests and experiments to help influence digital strategy & direction.
Collaborate with critical partners to identify future digital enhancement opportunities, leading with a digital growth mindset.
Leverage deep knowledge of ecommerce and experimentation to inform approach.
Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
About You:
You’re a fit for the role of Testing & Optimization Specialist if you have:
Bachelors / Masters degree required.
4-6 years of experience in building digital experiments & A/B tests utilizing Adobe Target & Adobe Analytics, and experience in digital optimizations & growing e-commerce.
The role requires the candidate to work from 12 PM to 9 PM IST.
Previous experience in manipulating DOM elements, CSS, and JavaScript in Adobe Target for website performance improvements.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear, timely updates.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous enhancements, with a bias towards customer experience.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
