Implementation Analyst.

Threat Tec, a leader in operational support and intelligence solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Analyst to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This role focuses on supporting implementation plans, tracking validated requirements, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders to enhance mission success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a robust portfolio management program tracking validated requirements, offices of primary responsibility (OPR), offices of coordinating responsibility (OCR), timelines, and progress toward completion.
  • Execute implementation plans addressing DOTMLPF-P gaps and shortfalls.
  • Track and maintain standardized reporting processes.
  • Prepare general/flag officer-level reports and briefings.
  • Develop and maintain an organizational OPR master list.
  • Understand dependencies within and across capability requirements and reconcile redundancies.
  • Communicate administrative corrections or modifications to SOFCIDS and JCIDS memorandums post-signature for reissuance.
  • Serve as the primary communicator to senior decision authorities on the status of capability implementation throughout the lifecycle of JCIDS or SOFCIDS efforts.
  • Support execution of capabilities-based assessments.
  • Conduct introductory briefings to familiarize OPRs with processes, expectations, best practices, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide instructional guidance for POA&M development, task status reporting, and closure/extension justifications.
  • Establish a reporting schedule for Implementation Progress Reviews (IPRs) to guide implementation plans and develop actionable solutions with OPRs.
  • Maintain continuous communication with OPRs and Joint Staff FCB analysts regarding task progress, compliance, and other issues.
  • Nominate tasks for timeline extension or closure as appropriate.
  • Crosswalk capabilities, milestones, and solution strategies to SOF and Joint forums.
  • Socialize impact indicators to measure implementation success.
  • Prepare briefs, information papers, and presentations using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access).
  • Develop and maintain an electronic resource, including key points of contact, to ensure mission continuity accessible to all stakeholders.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution.
  • DAU Requirement Management Level B Training (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience assigned to a Combatant Command (USSOCOM preferred).
  • 2 years of experience developing and presenting verbal and written products at the O-6 level.
  • 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g., SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).
  • Demonstrated administrative skills and ability to organize activities effectively.
  • Familiarity with SOFCIDS and/or JCIDS processes.
  • Prior military experience (5 years).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead collaborative projects in high-pressure environments.
  • Familiarity with DOTMLPF-P analysis and capability implementation strategies.
