This includes assessing training needs, designing and developing engaging learning solutions (live sessions, e-learning modules, digital resources), and collaborating on launch strategies for new platforms and features. We work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support, continuously enhancing the user experience.Responsibilities:• Responsible for developing platform knowledge base content and training courses, enabling global users to quickly learn and effectively utilize the platform• Responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops, both virtually and in-person, to ensure a comprehensive understanding and effective usage of the platform• Responsible for creating and maintenance of training documentation, user guides, and learning materials to support platform usage• Continuously improve interactive learning design and online training methods• Collaborate with trainers and cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive business impact through shared insights, timely task delivery, and coordinated training efforts• Manage learning operations by staying informed on updates, integrating changes into training, and aligning with product roadmaps and business priorities• Demonstrate project management skills by implementing these capabilities in core deliverables and taking ownership of team projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and meet business objectives• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to gain a deep understanding of the product, identify potential bugs or areas for improvement, and enhance ensuring its readiness for launch• Foster a collaborative team environment by working closely with fellow trainers and cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and best practices, and contributing to a cohesive and supportive training culture.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:• Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them easily understandable.• Ability to identify training needs and develop training strategies based on user behaviors and business requirements• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, organization, and efficient execution of tasks. Able to be adaptable and resourceful, with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions.Preferred Qualifications:• 1 year of hands-on software development experience• Knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM)• Experience in product training, along with proficiency in e-learning tools like Articulate 360 and CamtasiaTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
