Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced product marketer passionate about AI and data privacy to lead our product marketing efforts for Tonic Textual. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) strategies and who is adept at using data-driven insights to drive product adoption and growth. You will be pivotal in shaping the product's market presence and enhancing user engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Market expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for all marketing deliverables related to Tonic Textual, including blog posts, eBooks, and more.

  • Product Messaging: Develop and maintain clear, compelling product messaging that resonates with our target audience, ensuring consistency across all channels.

  • Data analysis: Utilize key metrics such as user engagement, conversion rates, churn rate, CLTV, feature adoption rate, and NPS to inform and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Feature promotion: Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure that each feature launch meets the needs and desires of our audience, translating user feedback into actionable product insights.

  • Campaign management: Spearhead review-gathering campaigns, create engaging video scripts for ads, and conduct A/B testing to refine marketing approaches.

  • GTM strategy: Coordinate go-to-market strategies for new features or products, including crafting marketing collateral, managing trial sign-ups, and converting users into paying customers.

  • Educational Content: Produce educational materials, such as video tutorials and in-product announcements, to increase feature awareness and adoption.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a PLG environment.

  • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and their application in data privacy and compliance.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in tech or SaaS companies.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data to drive decisions.

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside cross-functional teams.
