TorkLaw, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create user-centered digital experiences that delight our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX) research, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually engaging products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design seamless, functional, and beautiful user experiences across web and mobile platforms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design seamless and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform user testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers in an agile environment.
  • Apply design systems, libraries, and component-based approaches to maintain consistency.
  • Optimize designs for responsiveness, usability, and performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UI and UX work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design practices.
  • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Familiarity with design systems, design libraries, and component-based design.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

In addition to a competitive salary, this position will receive the following benefits:

  • 12 paid holidays annually

  • Laptops are replaced every 3 years. After 3 years, your work laptop will become your personal laptop

TorkLaw is a multi-state employer, as such, any salary range provided may not be applicable in all states. Any offer made to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include years of experience, education, location, etc.
