Are you Tracksuit's new Senior Product Designer

This role is exciting because you will be leading design for our newly formed 'Agency and Strategic Partnerships' team. You'll introduce innovative product features and experiences that delight our customers, shape our product strategy through the insights you gather, and champion design-led product development. You will report directly to Anna-Maree Leigh(Ams), our Head of Product Design.


As our Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for:
  • Research: Conducting user research, market research, usability testing, and other discovery work to identify and refine designs.
  • Design system: Identify gaps in Tracksuit's design system and propose updates to existing design patterns. Work closely with other designers to implement these updated patterns to improve the design system.
  • Visual design: Craft beautiful user experiences that are functional and delightful. Always meet a high-quality bar with UI. The ability to evolve UI styles for an existing design system.
  • Product Strategy: Influence the team's long-term strategy and roadmap. Contribute ideas that strengthen the product, help users, and surpass competitors.

  • You will have experience and a passion for discovery & user research. You love talking to people & learning what their pain points are & how our users work. You get a thrill out of asking the right questions in discovery
  • Visual design skills; ideally a formal qualification in design
  • Design systems; you will have a good grasp of different design systems; working to make the design process fast, is what we are all about
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
  • A kind, smart and genuine human with a growth mindset.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and, as an early team member, are excited at the prospect of having a tangible impact on Tracksuit’s culture.

$150,000 - $160,000 a year
