Dealer Service Representative

We are looking for a Dealer Service Representative who is a member of the Domestic Sales Operations team and is responsible for driving sales growth throughout the various distribution channels, including but not limited to: Pilates Studios, Yoga Studios, Dancewear Retailers, Specialty Retail, Spas, Resorts, Health Clubs, Sporting Goods, Department Stores, and E-Commerce. A key component of this role is supporting and augmenting the efforts of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM). The role includes dealer service support of accounts in the region, supporting the RSM in developing strategic partnerships, pre-booking, forecasting, marketing feedback, account and territory recaps, report analysis, and general support of in-house sales efforts. Dealer support is mostly incoming customer inquiries and needs, however outbound calling is also required. S/he also enters data from various sources into systems for processing and order management, and provides general project support to the Sales team.

  • 3 years of selling experience in the apparel industry or a similar related environment
  • Experience with out-calling, upselling, and general account management
  • Experience working with sales, or a closely related field with proven experience in analyzing sales reports and recognizing potential opportunities
  • High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or relevant field preferred
  • An understanding of barre, pilates, yoga, and general fitness activities
  • Must be able to work regular schedule Monday-Friday (48 hours/week) plus be willing and available to work overtime occasionally, sometimes weekends
  • Occasional travel to USA to attend in person meetings at Headquarters (Vista, CA), attend sales meetings, potentially other travel in the future.

  • Will initially be a remote role, but could evolve to a hybrid depending on the employee’s place of residence.
