About us

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Graphic Specialist to support a seasoned real estate professional and TV host with over 25 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. This role involves creating compelling marketing materials, managing newsletters, and driving social media engagement to enhance the client’s brand visibility.

Key responsibilities include designing flyers and brochures, managing newsletters via Mailchimp, and producing engaging video content, including short-form storytelling pieces. The role also requires expertise in building and optimizing landing pages using Webflow. Ideal candidates will have a creative mindset, strong technical skills, and the ability to effectively manage marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing Materials Creation: Design flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Newsletter Management: Create and edit newsletters, including managing databases in Mailchimp.
  • Social Media Management: Post and engage on various social media platforms, focusing on growing online presence and community interaction.
  • Video Content Creation: Edit and produce videos, including short-form content, to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Landing Page Development: Build and optimize landing pages using Webflow.
