The Role
The Product team at Trilitech play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge products that redefine the possibilities of blockchain technology, with a strong focus on User Experience. As a Developer Experience Product Manager, your mission will be to define and deliver exceptional tools and services that make the Tezos ecosystem the most developer-friendly platform. This role goes beyond execution–you’ll develop strategic roadmaps, deeply understand our developer audience, and help shape the long-term vision for the Tezos developer experience.

This is a challenging, high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives on ambiguity, is willing to dive into technical and strategic details, and has a knack for understanding what developers truly need.


What you’ll do

  • Defining a long-term vision for the Tezos developer experience and creating actionable roadmaps to achieve it

  • Conducting competitor analysis and deep research to identify trends and inform strategic decisions

  • Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver APIs, services, and infrastructure aligned with developer needs

  • Engaging with developers to understand their challenges, gathering feedback, and refining the product offering

  • Prioritising and delivering high-impact features with clear, measurable goals

  • Advocating for developers across teams, ensuring alignment and a user-centric approach


What you’ll need

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally working with developer-focused products or external developer communities

  • Familiarity with APIs, services, infrastructure, or Web3 technologies is a strong plus

  • Deep understanding of developer workflows, tools, and challenges

  • Ability to build strong relationships with developers and represent their needs

  • Track record of creating long-term visions and translating them into actionable plans

  • Strong analytical and research skills to identify opportunities and validate decisions

  • Willingness to dive into technical details to understand feasibility and align with developer needs
