As a Service Designer Consultant, you will be at the forefront of designing services that are not only innovative but also scalable, efficient, and highly user-centric. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand client challenges, map out service ecosystems, and design solutions that enhance user experiences and drive business growth.
We are looking for senior professionals with autonomy to conduct Service Design projects with support from our specialists. This is a hybrid job based in Lisbon.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of service design strategies, integrating user research, market analysis, and business goals to ensure innovative and viable service solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with clients, stakeholders, and users to gather insights and co-create service concepts.
  • Utilize tools such as personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes to visualize and communicate service designs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that service design concepts are translated into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of implemented services, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in service design, technology, and industry-specific challenges to continually enhance our consulting practices.

Habilitações

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (as long as you fit the competencies needed).
  • Portuguese and english speaker.
  • Demonstrable experience in service design or design thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
