Reporting to the Salesforce Practice Leader, the Sales Overlay/Specialist will partner and collaborate closely with our sales teams driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for our Salesforce practice. This will include leveraging your ability to identify opportunities, understand client needs, development of tailored solutions, and craft compelling value propositions for our clients.
Job Summary:
The motivated and experienced Salesforce Sales Specialist will have a proven track record in account management or sales and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and adjacent technologies. The candidate must be ready to drive growth into an existing installed base of customers who know TTEC Digital for complex customer experience and contact center technology transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Drive and serve as accountable owner of the Salesforce bookings number with quarterly goals
•Drive GTM activities including qualification, pitching, discovery and support to AE’s across the TTEC landscape
•Forecast and manage bookings outlook including client close plans, next steps, reporting and partnership with delivery
•Actively collaborate, run and develop GTM moments that matter with an existing client base and expand new opportunities
•Partnership with practice leadership and partner/ vendor ecosystem to drive creative pipeline channel strategy
•Develop materials, assets and documentation for the organization, clients and partners to drive GTM opportunities
•Participate in meaningful and qualified events with clients and vendors
Qualifications:
•10+ years working in an enterprise space with consulting and technical delivery experience
•8+ years in a quota-retiring and/or sales role (sales leadership is a plus) managing a sales forecast
•8+ years experience working across Salesforce technology solutions
•Experience with design-led thinking, strategy and client vision / account management approaches
•Experience working a matrixed organization strategy, multiple sellers and multiple products
