Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include improving product planning and road mapping, enhancing customer feedback processes, supporting feature rollout, and advocating for data analytics and AI tool usage in product development.
Skills: Prior experience in product management operations, proficiency in data analysis tools, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and an understanding of product management frameworks are required.
Qualifications: Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience and a track record of process improvement in product management, preferably in a growing startup environment.
Location: Position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States, except for specified states.
Compensation: $115000 - $135000 / Annually

Position Summary:
The Princeton Review is seeking a dynamic product operations leader to join our product management team. They will introduce practices that support clear and consistent strategy-setting and planning, efficient ongoing product development processes, analytical and data-driven product decision-making, and effective engagement and partnership with our team’s stakeholders across The Princeton Review. Bringing your passion for the discipline of product management, and your belief in the right structures and systems to support strong product outcomes, you will lead our efforts to level up our product practices, making them clearer and more efficient in service of greater strategic alignment, strong user satisfaction, and ultimately the success of our products and our business.
You will work closely with your teammates on Product Management, Content Development and Operations, and Technology, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will take on initial high-priority projects as well as identify and scope opportunities for product operations to further support our team over the long term.

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year, based on a 40 hour work week.
