Your mission is to craft exceptional user experiences that delight and engage users at every touchpoint. You’ll play a pivotal role in measuring and optimizing applications, addressing and solving the challenges faced by end-users. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our office in Tempe, AZ.ResponsibilitiesYou will manage multiple user experience projects and initiatives for the Product Management, Product Engineering, and Service Delivery teams. Your tasks will include:• Managing user experience projects.• Using research and data to create optimal user experiences.• Defining interaction models for each product use case and evaluating success.• Updating or creating interfaces to meet client requirements.• Creating visually appealing interfaces for mobile applications.• Collaborating with Sales, Product Development, and Service Delivery teams to develop design solutions.• Working closely with Project Managers on ad hoc tasks and projects.• Providing consulting for products and initiatives to clients.• Traveling to visit clients throughout North America as needed.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:• 2-3 years of UX design experience.• Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools: Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Lucidchart, and InVision.• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.• Strong attention to detail and ability to work amidst ambiguity.• Knowledge of design requirements related to ADA, Section 508, and WCAG.• A strong understanding of the technology industry and a passion for design trends and emerging technologies.• Experience in designing websites, interfaces, or software solutions prioritizing user-centered design.• Familiarity with or preference for Apple Operating System and hardware.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams and clients.Additional InformationKUBRA is committed to equal employment opportunity and does not discriminate in hiring based on various factors, including gender identity, race, and disability status.
