Job Description
The isolved UX Designer will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing user experience for our suite of Saas web applications. You will work closely with our product and development teams to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.Core Job Duties• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, user needs, and technical requirements.• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.• Analyze and interpret user data to identify pain points and suggest improvements for a better user experience.• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and user flow.• Use user-centered design principles to iterate designs and make data-driven decisions.• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design is implemented accurately and efficiently.• Maintain and update design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.• Use WCAG accessibility standards when approaching design.• Continuously stay updated on latest UX trends and best practices to bring new ideas and innovations to the team.Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.• At least 2-4 years of experience as a UX designer or similar role.• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process and a variety of design styles.• Proficiency in design and prototyping with Figma.• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.• Experience working with and maintaining large design systems.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.About isolvedisolved is an employee experience leader, providing intuitive, people-first HCM (Human Capital Management) technology.
