Summary of Job Duties:

The Administrative Support Admin III will perform general office work to support programs within the department. Assisting faculty, current and potential students with program admissions, enrollment, inquiries, and communication.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma

  • At least one year of experience in a specialized or related area applicable to work performed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree form an accredited institution of higher education.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with University of Arkansas systems (e.g., Workday, UAConnect)

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):

  • Knowledge of University policy and procedures.

  • Ability to problem solve independently

  • Ability to problem solve in a team setting
