Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of at least twelve credit hours at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville or acceptance into graduate school
Cumulative minimum GPA of 3.25
Preferred Qualifications:
Cumulative minimum GPA of 3.5
One semester of experience working in a writing center or related academic support experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of academic writing and citation systems
Knowledge of basic word processing software and email systems
Skilled in interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Skilled in conducting online meetings or consultations
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work effectively with limited supervision
Ability to adapt to changing situations and troubleshoot appointment issues when necessary
