Si vous êtes une personne rigoureuse et très organisée, capable de gérer plusieurs projets, de travailler dans des délais serrés en utilisant plusieurs directives de marque différentes, et de maintenir une vue d'ensemble des différentes campagnes, ce stage pourrait être pour vous. Svp noter que le gestionnaire de ce stage est localisé en France.

Description du poste

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Déployer des campagnes CRM 1st parties à l'échelle mondiale pour plusieurs jeux sur différentes consoles (Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo...);
  • Soutenir et collaborer avec les Spécialistes Opérations CRM dans la planification, le déploiement et le test des campagnes;
  • Conseiller les responsables de stratégie CRM sur les meilleures pratiques, les fonctionnalités et les limitations des canaux afin de garantir une planification adéquate de leurs campagnes;
  • Fournir une visibilité aux responsables de la stratégie CRM sur les performances des campagnes;
  • Aider à documenter les meilleures pratiques et les directives de production de tous les 1st parties channels, et s'assurer que tout le contenu est à jour;
  • Soutenir les projets et les activités de marketing interne selon les besoins;
  • Rechercher les campagnes des concurrents et les tendances de l'industrie/du marché afin de proposer des idées d'optimisation.
