We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!Principal, Core Product MarketingThe OpportunityThe Digital Media Mid-Market Product Marketing team is looking for a seasoned Product Marketing specialist who can help define and drive the next phase of growth for its creative business. As a core PMM, you will partner across all creative categories in Digital Media to bring B2B value to our customers and define the overall segment strategy and go-to-market plan for these motions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the creative category and have proven experience bringing new product and customer value to market.What you’ll do:• Partner closely with other Product Marketing and Product teams to identify and bring B2B product value to customers• Lead annual planning process for the business to deliver segment growth strategy and business plan• Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs and make strategic recommendations on opportunity for Adobe• Develop segment point of view on market opportunity, target audience, positioning, messaging and use cases• Lead new product launches, enablement and content development to support cross functional teams• Be the expert on the creative category and represent the voice of the customer within the organizationWhat you’ll need to succeed:• 10+ years of experience in product marketing and business strategy• Strong understanding of creative category and market trends• Customer first mindset, with track record of unlocking new business value based on customer insights• Strong analytical skills, with ability to draw insights from data and translate them into actions• Proven success influencing cross-functional teams and leaders in large, matrixed organizations• Proactive, self-starter with positive attitude, strong executive presence and excellent communication skills• MBA, or consulting experience preferredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $246,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
