Are you passionate about finding top talent and shaping the future of home care? Ultimate Care NY is looking for a dynamic and engaging Director of Recruitment to lead our hiring efforts. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of attracting and retaining talented home care professionals, helping us build a team that makes a real difference in our community. Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 annually

You will:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies to attract top-tier candidates, using data to anticipate hiring needs and track key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire for continuous improvement.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through diverse methods like job boards, social media, and community partnerships, building a sustainable pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Candidate Experience and Branding: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and promote Ultimate Care NY as an employer of choice through outreach, social media, and job fairs.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline recruitment operations by introducing best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding, while using technology to enhance efficiency and improve outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the recruitment team, providing feedback, training, and career development opportunities to foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all recruitment regulations, maintain detailed records of hiring activities, and present regular reports on recruitment progress to senior leadership.

You will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or home care.
  • Proven success in leading a recruitment team and meeting hiring goals.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • HR or recruitment certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
