TEMPORARY RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR - RIVERSIDE, CA

Job Title Talent Acquisition Coordinator-Campus Job Description Summary The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to the Early Talent Program Manager and be responsible for supporting the Early-in-Career team with the full life-cycle of the recruitment process and programming. Job Description Job Description KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Support Early-in-Career recruiters in candidate development & life cycle• Create PowerPoint presentations for team• Post and promote jobs utilizing various sites to drive a diverse candidate pool including using social media (e.g., internal Workday; external Handshake, Symplicity, LinkedIn, Careerbuilder, Twitter, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.)• Assist in researching new avenues to attract and identify top talent• Schedule interviews and coordinate travel• Register and confirm employee representatives and inventory needs for campus recruiting events, including handling payments• Invoice processing and reconcile recruiting expenses• Interface with external vendors• Generate reports and track metrics related to hiring• Resolve issues in Workday, Phenom People, etc.• Order, store, organize, and ship out of inventory supplies for internal programming and campus recruitment needs• Build strong relationships and partnerships across broader HR functionsThe Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have additional accountabilities, as follows:• Assist recruiter(s) at local job fairs and recruiting events, as needed• Manage Early-in-Career mailbox and all email communications from the campus team to candidates, fellow employees, and other internal and external persons• Manage internal SharePoint site and documents• Assist in the development, coordination, and delivery of our team’s early-in-career programsQualifications:• BA /BA degree• 0-2 years’ Human Resources administration experience and/or previous recruiting experience• Strong MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Technology savvy, including social media and process mapping• Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) a plusCushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
