Entry-level Recruiter (Direct Hire)

Key Responsibilities:• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.• Conduct high-volume recruiting for independent contractors, primarily drivers.• Partner with department managers to anticipate and fulfill staffing needs.• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and online databases to identify top talent.• Conduct interviews using structured and effective selection techniques.• Facilitate seamless onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success.• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events (as needed) to build a talent pipeline.• Guide applicants through the hiring process, from application to onboarding.• Maintain compliance with DOT/CFR regulations and manage driver records.• Perform audits, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Provide general support for HR functions as needed.Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Previous experience in recruiting or sales is a plus.• Outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people.Additional Details:• Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 base salary + monthly performance bonuses based on recruiting KPIs (typically ranging from $200-$1,000 per month).• Work Environment: 100% onsite in Roseville with situational flexibility like weather• Employment Type: Direct hire.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
