Intern- HR

As an Intern on the HR Talent and Culture team, you will support employee programs that define important aspects of our culture and values and reinforce Cadence’s brand in the market as an employer of choice. You will support communications for important HR initiatives, including our Great Place to Work partnership. This position will provide experience in developing project management skills, including critical thinking, creativity, and communication.

As part of this role, you will:

· Support the development of internal and external communications content for Human Resources that reinforces our Employer Brand promise.

· Support our collaboration with the Great Place to Work Institute to measure and highlight the Cadence work experience. This includes writing profile stories about the Cadence experience.

· Partner closely across the business to support our Life at Cadence blogs, social media strategies, internal company-wide communications, internal and external web pages, executive communications, and company meetings to highlight our inclusive, One Team culture.

Qualifications:

· The successful candidate must be an excellent writer with good communication skills.

· Experience and comfort with various communications and story-telling mediums, including written, verbal, presentation, and social media.

· Extremely capable with a can-do attitude. Very detail-oriented, great collaborator, and consistently delivers high-quality work.
