Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Salary range $19 - $22/hour, commensurate with experience

Ultimate Wireforms, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer complaints, processing orders efficiently, and providing detailed information about our products and services. The Customer Service Representative’s primary goal will be to ensure timely order processing, and meeting or surpassing departmental objectives and customer expectations.

Customer Service Representative Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum two years’ prior customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong customer service skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet changing customer orders and department demands
• Positive and pleasant demeanor interacting with coworkers, subcontractors, customers, suppliers, and visitors
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with AES (Automated Export System) and Visual Manufacturing ERP systems

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and written communication
• Address and resolve inquiries and issues related to orders, shipments, returns, and complaints
• Educate customers about our products and services
• Handle order processing, invoicing, data entry, and filling
• Maintain accurate customer account information across various systems
• Refer customers to appropriate departments or experienced team members when necessary
• Continuously seek ways to improve process, reduce costs, eliminate redundancies, ultimately improving profits and sales
