St. Luke's Health–The Woodlands Hospital offers leading-edge treatments and services to our North Houston, TX community including North Harris and Montgomery counties. Responsibilities

In this role, your patients will be critically ill or unstable following extensive injury, surgery, or life threatening diseases. Our nurses wear many hats daily from patient advocate to family advisor and, in some cases, even friend.

Emergency Room  Nurse Role:

  •  Patience and focus to constantly monitor high acuity setting
  •  Proven ability to think and react quickly in critical situations 
  • Proficiency with telemetry / cardiac Monitoring
  • Passion for excellence in delivering quality care

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

One year experience as an RN

Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas

BLS with skills demonstration

ACLS & PALS (6 months)

Preferred Qualifications:

One (1) year of RN experiencein ED

Bachelors in Nursing Preferred
