Accountability and authority for the development, implementation and evaluation of outcomes management programs for the defined patient population. Utilizes a variety of skills to educate, consult and assist the patient care team in achieving the highest quality and best possible outcome for the patient, in a cost effective manner. Collaborates with a patient care team, which includes but is not limited to physicians, Radiology and nursing staff, business and financial services, utilization management and quality management; Utilizes a scientific approach in the analysis of patient care, identifying opportunities for quality improvement and cost reduction based on current research findings supported in literature. is also responsible to oversee and coordinate the workflow of the Radiology Nurses, for inpatient and outpatient services

Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
*Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
*Master’s degree preferred
*Five (5) years leadership experience
Required Licensure and Certification:
*Registered Nurse (RN),
AHA Basic Life Support – CPR (BLS-CPR) within 14 - days of employment.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Training and Abilities:
Work independently with minimal supervision Exercise sound judgement, discretion, initiative Demonstrate a positive professional and personal image Lead and delegate effectively Problem solve Utilize strong organizational skills Identify cost and quality issues related to patient care Facilitate change Understand the concepts of integration and coordination of health services
