Overview of Role: The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) creates engaging and effective workplace learning experiences for Unboxed’s client and their learners. The role requires strong content development skills, creativity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Specific Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

·       Conduct thorough project discovery to understand client’s business objectives

·       Design and develop content for various deliverables, including eLearnings, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and assessments

·       Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience, including video, audio, simulations, gamification and AI

·       Collaborate with production teams to bring learning experiences to life

Stakeholder Engagement:

·       Develop deep understanding of various clients, learners, and industries

·       Demonstrate partnership, innovation, and expertise when interacting with clients

·       Facilitate feedback discussions and implement creative solutions

Continuous Improvement:

·       Evaluate and improve learning experiences based on feedback and data analysis

Project Management:

·       Meet project milestones and deadlines

·       Communicate impediments early

·       Excellent writing skills and creativity

·       Passion for adult learning theories
