Part Time Network Estate Planning Attorney

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Network Attorney to provide legal guidance and advice on estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and other related areas of law. As a Network Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and their unique legal needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal guidance and advice to clients on estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and related areas of law.
  • Draft legal documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning and business formation documents.
  • Assist clients in creating and implementing strategies to protect and preserve assets.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Connecticut State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
  • Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
  • Existing private practice.
  • Membership to state bar in adjacent states, beneficial.
