You’ll be responsible for all aspects of coaching: from planning practices and game strategies to monitoring academic progress. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our programs by overseeing hiring and supporting assistant coaches. With a comprehensive understanding of NCAA regulations, along with strong communication skills, you will help set standards for both performance and academic success. The role also includes vital responsibilities within the Academic Resource Center, coordinating study hall sessions, and developing policies that enhance our student-athletes’ educational journeys.
