About Userlane

Userlane is an award-winning Digital Adoption Platform that empowers organisations to understand and improve the value of their technology investments. Working with some of the world's most recognisable enterprises, Userlane identifies and eliminates adoption barriers across software applications. The Userlane Adoption Suite helps enterprises deliver employees and customers a more engaging, rewarding, and productive software experience while realising the full value of their software investments.

If you want to drive meaningful change for employees and employers alongside some of the most talented and dynamic people you’ve worked with, Userlane might be the perfect place for you.

What you’ll be working on
  • You’ll be joining a squad that owns the platform underpinning everything we do, enabling us to deliver value to customers at scale and speed. The types of areas you'll work on include:
  • Designing and delivering a reliable, scalable platform that supports our product vision
  • Enabling customers and partners to integrate with our platform
  • Ensuring effective access to data across our platform
  • Meeting enterprise expectations in security and compliance
  • Supporting the adoption of generative AI within our product
  • Enabling other squads to move faster by offering common services

How you'll work
  • You’ll be part of an empowered cross-functional team given the freedom and autonomy to solve real customer problems. Our ways of working are heavily influenced by the work of Marty Cagan/Silicon Valley Product Group, which will give you a good sense of how you and the team will work.
  • We look for our Product Managers to own the 12 month strategy for their area and understand how it contributes to the wider product vision and business goals. We’ll look to you to make informed, rounded decisions about how the product evolves and communicate that effectively.
  • We use a hybrid working model based in three hubs - Munich, London and Wroclaw. We come together in our hubs once per month and at our Munich HQ once per quarter. We believe this gives the best mix of flexible working and in-person connection.

What you’ll need for the role
  • Product operating model: You have 2+ years product management experience operating in a modern product organisation (ideally B2B SaaS)
  • Curiosity: You want to understand the problems our customers face and how we might solve them. You’re always looking for new opportunities to learn about our customers, the market, competitors, technology, etc.
  • Customer-centricity: You start with the customer and work back whilst understanding that solutions have to work for our business as well
  • Outcome focused: You can define what success looks like and measure progress towards it
  • Technical aptitude: You're comfortable operating in a platform squad owning back-end services, often working with internal customers (e.g. other squads)
  • Clear communication: You’re capable of explaining things regardless of whether it’s to a software engineer, salesperson, customer support agent or CEO. We’re an English speaking company so you’ll need to be fluent (spoken and written).

What’s in it for you
  • Team & Culture: A high-performance culture with world-class leadership and a fun, engaged, motivated, and diverse team with people from over 20 countries
  • Market: Userlane is among the global leaders in the rapidly growing Digital Adoption industry
  • Growth: We take you and your development seriously. You can expect weekly 121s, a personalised skills assessment and development plan, on the job coaching and budget for events and training
  • Benefits: We offer flexible benefits related to savings and security, health and well-being, and lifestyle and leisure
