Here are some key areas of responsibility:

Compensation Strategy & Program Management

  • Design and implement global compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity strategies.
  • Lead our annual compensation cycle (merit, promotions, bonuses, equity grants).
  • Conduct benchmarking and salary survey analyses to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Partner with Talent, Finance, and HRBPs to drive compensation decisions aligned with hiring and retention goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights and modeling to support leadership and organizational decisions.
  • Ensure internal pay equity and support pay transparency initiatives.

Global Benefits Leadership

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and administration of global benefits programs (health, wellness, retirement, leave, and more) across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Oversee benefits renewals, vendor partnerships, compliance reporting, and communications.
  • Manage annual benefits planning cycles, including redesigns and cost negotiations aligned with broader People strategy.
  • Implement and optimize Workday’s benefits module, including integrations and file feeds.
  • Develop and roll out a global wellness program to enhance employee well-being.

Governance, Compliance & Communication

  • Stay ahead of global compensation and benefits regulations; ensure programs are legally compliant and locally relevant.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for complex compensation or benefits matters.
  • Develop and deliver manager training and employee communications on total rewards programs.
  • Partner with Finance on headcount forecasting and budgeting efforts.

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation and/or global benefits, preferably in mid-size, fast-paced, international organizations.

  • Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, benchmarking, pay equity, and incentive design.

  • Experience managing global benefits programs and vendor relationships across multiple regions.

  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Experience with Workday compensation and benefits modules.

  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, consultative approach.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field required; CCP or CEBS certification a plus.
