HR Technology Consultant

General Description: The HR Technology Consultant focuses on creating tailored, client-specific recommendations that support the overall business goals of the client. This position will utilize market knowledge and experience, internal resources, and tools to deploy a consultative approach. In addition, this position will leverage technology partnerships to the benefit of the client while maintaining compliance.Responsibilities:• Expanding and deepening client and prospect relationships by providing a consultative approach to assist clients appropriately within the scope of USI’s HR Technology service model.• Strategize with producers and client support teams to attract new clients and retain existing clients as needed.• Appropriately articulate the HR Technology landscape as needed (both internally and externally).• Assist in building new tools and resources to support our teams and clients through the scope of the HR Technology team’s services.• Assist with supporting the business strategy for the practice by providing a consistent message and incorporating best practices and setting proper expectations for creating structure for the field organization.• Work with the client support teams to support clients in their search and selection process.• Participate in the maintenance of the database of HR Technology vendors to share the most up to date intelligence of HR and Benefits technology vendors across the enterprise focusing on pricing and functionality.• Support the HR Technology team as new projects and initiatives come up.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• 4+ years' related experience preferably in HR Technology or Advisory consulting, or Employee Benefits Consulting• Knowledge of the HR function & processes• Human Resources, functional configuration /implementation of HR solutions, sales or service of HR technology solutions• Excellent communication and presentation abilities• Strong client relationship management and analytic skills• Ability to partner with HR vendors and implementation firms• Ability to train and interact with producers and client support staff in the field and clients• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment• Ability to work independently and on a team• Support the HR Technology team as new projects and initiatives come up#lLI-CG1USI is committed to providing a full-suite of competitive benefits for our growing population and its diverse needs.
