Responsibilities
- Provides skilled occupational therapy in accordance with physician plan of care.
- Promotes and utilizes appropriate patient care protocols.
- Establishes occupational therapy interventions based on evaluations.
- Educates and instructs patients and caregivers in therapy procedures.
- Develops and maintains individualized patient progress records.
- Submits appropriate documentation and billing.
- Participates in continuing education courses.
- Role models principles of a Just Culture.
Education
- Ability to obtain State of Colorado Occupational Therapy license
