People residing in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST

Language: Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2)

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a bilingual HR Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Valatam team member, you will play a crucial role in monitoring project progress, providing guidance and support to our Virtual Assistants, and ensuring effective communication across departments.

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Virtual Assistants, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and building strong, lasting relationships to foster client satisfaction and retention.
  • Implementing a personalized Virtual Assistant Management Plan, including regular follow-up calls with team members, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Monitoring ongoing work relationships to identify areas for improvement.
  • Addressing any conflicts or issues with Virtual Assistants and clients promptly, implementing solutions to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assisting with HR duties including project onboarding, retention, and satisfaction strategies.
  • Updating records and collecting project information for accurate billing and payroll processing.
  • Facilitating weekly communication with Finance, HR, and Account Management teams.
  • Monitoring and analyzing Virtual Assistants' working hours using time-tracking software to identify and address any variations in working hours.
  • Implement strategies to manage productivity issues and reduce UT/OT cases.
  • C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
  • At least 1 year of HR or Project management experience preferably remote.
  • Experience or familiarity with HR and talent management processes.
  • Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
  • Access to a quiet "home office".
  • Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)
  • Our pay rate: $5/hr (approx $840-880/month)
  • Ongoing pay rate increments once a year based on performance.
  • Discretionary bonuses.
