We are looking for a driven full-time permanent Inside Sales Representative to become part of our dynamic team. The Inside Sales Representative will be essential in driving our ambitious goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Candidates should be comfortable making numerous calls each day, collaborating with Sales Executives, generating interest, qualifying leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Identify new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
    • Gauge customer needs and specifications.
    • Direct qualified opportunities to the relevant sales executives for further progression and closure.
    • Establish and maintain mailing lists.
  1. Sales and Customer Management:
    • Close sales deals while meeting quarterly quotas.
    • Grow and manage your database of prospects within your designated territory.
    • Collaborate with partners to bolster the sales pipeline and finalize deals.
    • The team collectively works to meet quarterly sales targets by expanding the customer base and converting leads into paying clients.
  1. Relationship Building:
    • Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
    • Follow up on leads and perform research to discover potential prospects.
  1. Research and Account Management:
    • Conduct research on accounts using LinkedIn.
    • Identify key decision-makers.
    • Create interest in offerings among leaders and sales teams by presenting a solid value proposition.
    • Maintain and enhance the database.
    • Collaborate with distributor partners to build the pipeline alongside their team.
    • Focus on closing transactions and maximizing revenue.
  1. Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Keep current with new products/services and competitor offerings.
    • Deliver accurate and thorough information to customers utilizing the appropriate methods/tools.
  1. Administrative Duties:
    • Utilize CRM software to monitor sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
    • Compile reports on sales metrics.
  1. Collaboration and Support:
    • Work together with team members to achieve improved results.
    • Provide input to the marketing team regarding the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Proven Inside Sales experience
  • Track record of exceeding quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience making numerous calls a day.
  • Proficiency  with tools and web applications
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and is a self starter. Must be able to build strong relationships and have a growth mindset
