About the Role
The Account Manager at Venteur is a high-visibility, high-impact role guiding our employer customers to navigate offering innovative health benefits to their employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful onboarding and ongoing relationship management of our employer partnerships. These partnerships are the heartbeat of our organization. You'll act as a subject matter expert and advise our new clients on best practices, change management, and training options as you leverage data to ensure a successful onboarding and transition to Venteur. Post-onboarding, you will work with the business owner to share data on adoption, customer satisfaction, and more broadly, the value-add impact of partnering with Venteur as their benefits expert.
