About the opportunity:
We are delighted to be partnering with an innovative wellness start-up business launching a groundbreaking product in 2025 to recruit a Marketing Executive. We are looking for a driven and organised marketing professional to join the team in their Whitechapel, London office, with the flexibility of hybrid working
In this role, you will work directly with the executive team to manage relationships with external social media and PR agencies, drive engagement, and play a central role in content creation, analytics, and project management. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing wellness brand in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to communicate their vision to agencies and oversee project timelines, execution, and strategy input.
• Manage the brand’s social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Create and manage written and digital content, working closely with the external agency to support demand generation.
• Analyse user and customer data, website heat maps, sign-ups, and sales to refine marketing strategies and report on key marketing metrics to the executive team.
• Develop marketing collateral, case studies, and value propositions to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
• Work cross-functionally with business and product development teams to support go-to-market efforts and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of wellness and DTC trends.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Proven experience in wellness, consumer health, or food supplements, with direct-to-consumer marketing expertise.
• Hands-on experience with marketing software and CRM tools for campaign tracking, SEO management, and data analytics.
• Skilled in project management and collaboration, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with social media management, paid acquisition, content marketing, and customer success campaigns.
• Strong written communication skills for creating diverse content, from blog posts to customer success stories and presentations.
In return we are offering:
• Salary between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience
• 25 days annual leave

Location: Whitechapel, London, 9 am - 5 pm with flexibility. Hybrid working arrangement available (3 days a week in-office).
