- Design for Scale. Create architectural systems that work across multiple sites and adapt to diverse environments—without sacrificing beauty or performance.
- Invent and Iterate. Rapidly prototype ideas, building physical and digital models to test new concepts and refine designs.

- 7-10 years of architectural design experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization skills.
- Experience working across conceptual and technical phases of design.
- Familiarity with prefabrication, modular systems, or industrial design principles is a plus.
- A passion for applying design and technology to solve real-world challenges.
