We’re searching for a creative, results-focused Campaign Manager to take charge of our brand awareness and acquisition campaigns across the UK and US. You’ll be at the heart of it all, leading end-to-end campaign delivery, hands-on with strategy, execution, and optimisation, ensuring every campaign is as dynamic and engaging as the Virgin brand itself.

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, social, and paid channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Define measurable success metrics and use data insights to refine audience targeting and messaging.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution and creative development.
  • Oversee creative production for Virgin Red and Partner campaigns (UK & US), ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage campaign operations, ensuring all marketing activities are on-brand, compliant, and strategically aligned.
  • Optimise end-to-end campaign journeys to enhance engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
  • Lead and support a team, ensuring effective digital inventory management and data-driven performance tracking.

What you’ll need

  • Strong experience in integrated campaign delivery, project management, and brand management.
  • Skilled in managing multi-channel campaigns, paid media production, and asset delivery.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a dedication to high creative standards and fresh ideas.
  • Data-focused and customer-obsessed, with a deep understanding of audience behaviour and needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management across matrix organisations, including partners, creative, legal, and DPO.
  • Comfortable briefing and collaborating with creative agencies and internal designers.
  • People management experience, with the ability to mentor and support team members will be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience collaborating with creative agencies to develop and execute campaigns is a plus.
  • Experience in loyalty, travel, or financial sectors, plus MarTech or project management tools (e.g., Contentful, Braze, Monday.com) is a plus.

Role type: Permanent
Location: London hub (approx. once per week) & your home space
Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 plus bonus - We're putting our salaries out there for everyone to see - no smoke and mirrors, just honest numbers. We'll offer a salary that matches your skills, always aiming for room to grow.
