They are now looking to hire an Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable, and trust accounting functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Raising periodic rent roll charges, tenant move-in charges, and processing monthly direct debits.
  • Timely receipting and preparation of arrears reports.
  • Supporting property management and leasing teams with resident account queries.
  • Setting up new vendors and managing payment runs, including invoice uploads and payments.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining high attention to detail in all transactions.
  • Undertaking ad hoc tasks as required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong accounting technical skills.
  • Trust accounting experience (preferred).
  • Experience in the real estate sector (favourably considered).
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to address issues proactively.
