We are looking for a proactive and self-starting Product Manager to join our Global Treasury Product team. The candidate will have experience in and good knowledge of the payments industry, with an interest in understanding the platform and product architecture that helps to enable the processing of USD15T in transaction value annually. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, detail orientated, and able to drive delivery and execution.

Basic Qualifications
•5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications
•6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
•5-7+ years of relevant Product work experience in a technology led environment with a bachelor’s degree.
•In-depth knowledge of payments industry (preferable).
•Strong team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across different disciplines both written and oral.
•Strong business acumen, adept at preparing Product artifacts, documentation, and approaches for delivery and execution.
•Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results, ensuring that timelines are adhered to, and risks are called out early.
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and successfully communicate trade-offs to multiple stakeholders.
•Ability to leverage AI tools to drive product and process improvements.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
