The Sr. Vendor Management Consultant in the Global Partner Management organization is responsible for managing the relationship and performance of Business Partner Outsourced contact centers by supporting account and program management, documentation, and business operations and related initiatives for Visa services, including Concierge Services, Card Benefits and Promotions in contact centers across North America and other regions as needed.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 96,600.00 to 140,350.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
