About the role:
Vistar Media has created a 9-week program, where students will gain hands-on working experience and knowledge about the advertising technology landscape, as well as the opportunity to collaborate with different departments within Vistar’s organization. We’re looking for college students who are passionate and eager about the innovative media industry.
Our summer interns will work 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) for the duration of the internship program and will be expected to be in the office. The internship will run from June 9th until August 13th.
As a Data Partnerships Intern, you will collaborate closely with the data team to support partner go-to-market (GTM) strategies, create impactful internal training materials, conduct in-depth market research, and share valuable market insights across the company through newsletters. Additionally, you will play a key role in scaling internal team operational efficiencies and compiling comprehensive data business reports and insights to drive strategic decision-making.

What you’ll do:
Conduct trend analysis to identify key insights and drive strategic decisions
Assist in content creation for internal communications
Support marketing initiatives to drive engagement of data partnership offerings
Contribute to project management tasks, ensuring timely completion and alignment with team goals
Gain knowledge in building client and partner relationships to enhance collaboration
Conduct industry research to support data-driven strategies and business growth
Collaborate with team members and actively participate in Data Operations, Marketing, and Analytics to learn how global teams approach business operations worldwide
Who you are:
Rising junior or senior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Marketing or Data oriented
Previous internship experience is preferred
Experience in marketing and industry research/analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to learn
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
