Start your Voyage – Apply NowGet To Know The OpportunityFully responsible within Tax‐Exempt Markets (TEM) for the relationship management engagement with large plan sponsors (in excess of $50 million in AUM/AUA). Responsible for developing and executing initiatives intended to meet plan retention and growth goals.The Contributions You’ll Make• Enhancing existing client relationships into strong partnerships for client retention, including promoting the sale of products and cross-serving initiatives to targeted plan sponsors and to develop trust-based relationships with multiple levels within client organization.• Proactively contact clients to provide guidance, planning and support outside of day-to-day and “standard” recordkeeping needs.• Initiate activity that aligns with revenue and profitability targets within TEM organization• Understand key performance drivers and develop action plans, as appropriate, to ensure client satisfaction.• Coordinate all resources and other relationship touch points when situation calls for across the organization• collaboration involving sales, marketing, investments, recordkeeping and operations teams.• Participates in finals presentations, client and Board meetings, requests for proposals, internal projects and where needed• Other duties as assigned.Knowledge And Experience• Bachelors Degree or equivalent• 6+ years proven client relationship management skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong presentation skills• Strong problem solving skills• In‐depth knowledge of financial products and services, preferably within the government and healthcare retirement services market• Professional designations (i.e. CRPS, CEBS, ChFC, CFP, AIF, etc.) a plus, but not required• Series 6/63 preferred, or required within 90 days of hire• OMNI knowledge preferred, but not required• Salesforce.com or comparable CRM database experience a plus• This position can reside in Georgia, S. Carolina, Florida, Alabama, N. Carolina or TennesseeCompensation Pay DisclosureVoya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.
