Position Summary...What you'll do...Who we are and what you will do...The Walmart Marketplace is a curated community of respected, professional sellers offering only top-quality, authentic products and best-in-class customer services.As a Seller Development Representative, you'll handle front-line communication to generate interest and trust, scheduling quality meetings for Business Development Managers. You'll play a crucial role in driving activity and engagement with a book of business to onboard more sellers onto the Marketplace. This role requires comfort working with Salesforce, Outlook, HubSpot, and team members across various levels and business units. Experience in cold outreach, excellent communication skills, and top-notch organization are essential. You must be self-driven, fast-moving, and highly motivated to help your team succeed.You'll make an impact by:• Managing a pipeline of team-generated leads: Prospect and manage high-value, strategic accounts across key categories.• Working with SalesOps to outline growth opportunities and maintain quality accounts.• Assisting Business Development Managers in launching new sellers: Create a clear value proposition for selling on Walmart.com and generate meetings for new sellers with Business Development Managers.• Being seller-obsessed: Listen to seller feedback and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seller success.• Working cross-functionally to increase conversion metrics.• Consistently achieving quotas by hitting call, email, meeting, and pipeline targets.• Effectively and efficiently using Salesforce to keep data accurate.• Successfully using email templates and call scripts to gauge and increase interest in Walmart Marketplace.• Making 30-50 outbound calls a day.• Leveraging sales tools such as ZoomInfo.Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience• 6-12 months of previous business experience including Sales, Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager (outbound), SDR, Sales Development Representative, Business Development, Market Development, etc.• Previous experience with sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent time management and organizational skills.• Ability to navigate different systems and tools and follow processes.• Highly motivated and driven individual who thrives on meeting monthly and quarterly quotas.• Desire to grow and advance a career in sales.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.You'll sweep us off our feet if:• You are seller-obsessed and relationship-driven.• You are highly organized.• You have a track record of meeting and exceeding meeting and metric targets.• You are a visionary always looking for ways to distinguish yourself from the competition.• You thrive in constantly evolving, fast-paced, dynamic environments.• You are results-oriented with a proven track record of leadership and producing exceptional results.• You have confidence and a high skillset in cold outreach in the e-commerce space.• You build trust quickly and can lead by influence with the ability to translate between commercial and operational audiences.• You believe in and prioritize the team's collective success and are quick to jump in, help, mentor, and coach your fellow team members.• You have experience with HubSpot.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
