Solution Advisor Enablement Manager

The Solution Advisor Enablement Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs and tools that enhance the effectiveness of the Advisor team. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that the Solution Advisors are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to effectively support the sales process and drive revenue growth.


What You'll Own
  • Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive enablement programs tailored to the needs of the SA’s. Develop training materials, resources, and tools that enhance product knowledge, technical skills, and sales strategies.
  • Training and Onboarding: Coordinate and deliver scalable onboarding programs for new SA’s to ensure rapid integration and productivity. Organize ongoing training sessions, workshops, and seminars to keep the team updated on product development, industry trends, SAP and agnostic application as well as internal best practices.
  • Content Management: Create, manage, and update a repository of SA resources, including product documentation, competitive analysis, case studies, and sales presentations. Collaborate with product marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and positioning in all materials.
  • Performance Analysis: Develop metrics and analyze feedback  to evaluate the effectiveness of SA enablement programs and initiatives. Leverage call recordings for coaching and ongoing enablement efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the presales team. Partner with product management and marketing to ensure that SA  initiatives, content, collateral and messaging align with product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
  • Technology and Tools Management: Evaluate and implement SA tools and technologies that enhance efficiency and productivity. Train the SA’s on the effective use of these tools and ensure their integration into daily workflows.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute an SA enablement strategy that supports the overall business objectives and sales targets. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends to keep the SA team competitive and innovative.


What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a solution advisor, technical sales, sales enablement, or sales training role, preferably in the ERP or SAP space.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, sales  methodologies, technical engineering methodologies and customer buying cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using sales enablement and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams globally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $110,000 and $160,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
